CANCELLATION POLICY

💋 Dollsplay Booking Policies 💋 ♡ Deposit Policy: A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required at the time of booking and is applied toward your total balance. Deposits allow ONE reschedule within a two-week period. ♡ Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made MORE than 24 hours before your appointment will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations made LESS than 24 hours before your appointment are subject to a cancellation fee. SAME-DAY cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit and require a NEW deposit to rebook. ♡ No-Show Policy: NO SHOWS are charged FULL PRICE with NO REFUNDS. Clients who fail to communicate, arrive excessively late, or do not arrive at all may be considered a no-show. ♡ Late Policy: A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Clients arriving MORE than 15 minutes late will incur a $15 late fee. Clients arriving 30+ minutes late will incur a $25 late fee OR the appointment may be canceled depending on scheduling availability. Please understand that late arrivals affect all scheduled clients throughout the day. ♡ Service Timing: Services take approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour and 45 minutes depending on the selected look. Services are NOT rushed. Please plan all prior appointments accordingly, as the late policy still applies regardless of the reason for lateness. Please respect appointment timing the same way you expect your appointment to be respected. ♡ Guest Policy: Please arrive ALONE. No extra guests permitted due to limited space. ♡ Appointment Etiquette: To maintain the quality and aesthetic of my content/photos/videos, clients are encouraged to arrive camera-ready and without bonnets/head scarves if possible. Phones are not permitted during appointments to ensure the best results and experience. ♡ Booking Assistance: A $10 booking assistance fee applies if I book the appointment on your behalf and will be added to your remaining balance. ♡ Photography Consent: By booking, you consent to photography/video for promotional use unless you opt out in advance.
